Set/Report the Number of Rows in the Display Window

Usage: setrows [-h-] [ buffer_rows [[buffer_columns]
                  window_rows [window_columns]] ]

Setrows will try to set the sizes of the console buffer and
of the visible window into it.

The exact effects of setrows, in addition to reporting the
current values, depends on the number of arguments:

      0 Don't change any settings.
1 Set the number of buffer rows, shrinking the number
          of window rows as necessary.
2 Set the buffer and window rows.
3 Set the buffer and window rows and window columns.
      4 Set everything.

If no arguments are specified, setrows just reports
   the current values.

Options:

   -h Help. (This screen.)
   -- End of options.
